What I Do
I incorporate Evidence Based Coaching which is coaching based on scientific research and theory. What does this mean? This means that I do my research to find out what works and what has been successful. Sharing this information with you can help you to understand yourself on a deeper level, explore your options and helps you to establish how you wish to progress.
I also use Positive Psychology Coaching which focuses on the positive aspects of how to change and the positive consequences, rather than focusing on what is 'wrong'. Positive psychology coaching aims to improve lifestyle behaviours for optimal health.
Our thought patterns, behaviours and habits are NOT hard wired. They CAN be changed with time and practice. Your brain is like any other muscle - it needs to be exercised if any change is going to be noticed. As your coach, I help you to discover how you can take on the journey to improve, change or enhance a particular area in your life that is holding you back from being the best version of yourself.
My coaching sessions can be online via web-chat, over the telephone, video call or WhatsApp. Face to face sessions are available, depending on location (video call is not available for introductory sessions).
